It was a probate sale and was in pretty poor condition. We completely refurbished it but now is due to uplift.

We have decided to extend and reconfigure the property to a 3 bedroom apartment with an open planned living room into the garden via the extension where the bedrooms were before.

We have obtained planning permission for that. We also have the option to convert to two flats at a later date and are doing the works to accommodate the possibility subject to planning in the future.
